I Bought these to hang my address plaque on. In Kansas we have normal breeze at 10 to 20 miles per hour and on a windy day it is 20 to 50 miles per hour. By these tightening they are secure. I am able to keep from losing my new custom address plaque

This product works great. We used it to add an extension chain to some large pendent lights and it worked perfect.
