These are a decent wheel and come w valve stem installed, I returned them though because the packaging was poor and wheels rubbed on each other in shipping and were scratched. If they were delivered in new condition I would have kept them. This is why I gave 3 stars

Nice heavy duty rim . Paint quality is ok, I painted mine black so that didn’t matter to me

Absolutely the wrong rims where sent to me. The rims sent to me where not the ones displayed in the picture or in the description. They showed up in packaging that was falling apart. The rims looked like they where already mounted many scratches and dings. I ordered 2 sets of 2 rims they came with separate shipping labels. To return them I only received 1 return shipping label. I had to pay $22 to combine them into one box to ship back. I would give -10 stars if I could.
