Fit 2005 1500HD perfectly. Both front hoses and rear centre hose were slightly longer than stock, which is nice for a lifted truck.Transferred control arm brackets over no problem.

The product didn't work on my 2008 Chevy Duramax and didn't come with the stock clips or any for that nature. Replaced with stock lines and the soft brake pedal disappeared. Use stock replacements as you will save time. The threads didn't work on my truck.

Installed on my 2006 Duramax. Installation went good, had to use the existing brackets on the upper control arms, so it took some time to remove the old brake lines from the bracket and put the new ones in! Helped firm up my brake pedal!

I'm sure these hoses are of a good quality and I've only installed the passenger front but thought I'd write this while it's fresh in my mind.First, none of the metal brackets shown are included in the kit. Also, the rubber hose holder shown in the photo (one that is assembled with the hose) is also not included. There are some typical wire loom holders included in the kit.The instructions tell you to take off and throw out the mounting bracket on top of the spindle. The instructions do not say anything about the bracket that is mounted to the A-arm. This latter bracket is formed around the stock hose and you'll need to bend or cut the bracket to reuse it. I think this kit just expects you to throw out this A-arm bracket also but then the hose has a long section that is unsupported.I elected to reuse all the stock brackets to ensure good support and routing for the brake hose. I pried up the bracket on top of the spindle to allow the old hose to slip out and the new hose to slip back in. I cut off the A-arm bracket off the old hose and reused this bracket for the new hose. I drilled two holes to allow me to use wire ties to hold the hose in place. If I had it to do again, I would just buy the stock hoses with the correct brackets. The factory did a great job of routing and fixturing these hoses and it would be nice to reuse these brackets without all the hassle that I've had to go through. These hoses skip using the factory type brackets except for the single top bracket closest to the engine.

Safety Warning !!!! Don't use the aluminum hose to caliper gasket washers that come with the kit, especially in states where they salt the roads. The aluminum washer against the steel caliper causes electrolysis and the washers turn to dust. I lost my brakes when one failed. I replaced all the washers with copper washers to solve the problem. I contacted Russell about the problem, but there tech didn't seem it was an issue. My hoses were on the truck less than a years. The line in general seem like an excellent product, except for the aluminum washers.

Great quality. Great fit.I actually used these on a 1973 International Travelette 1210. (These are rare old crew cabs) This truck uses a GM Dana60 front axle and brakes with a D-max (AAM 11.5") rear axle assy. My intention was to just use the rear brake stuff, but to my pleasant surprise these bolted right up to my stock IH lines in front also.

The brake hoses themselves work very well. I notice an improvement in the feeling of the brake pedal action. On my 2004 Silverado, however, the installed brackets are pretty flimsy. I opted to remove the brackets from my original brake hoses and install them on these hoses. Also, the threads that connect the flare nut fitting from the truck to the hose on the front brake lines is just a little different. It made it very difficult to connect. i kept thinking I hope I don't cross thread it, but it worked out in the end. The rear hoses installed easily. Overall good product, but be aware they take longer to install than you might first expect.
