After 6hrs of car surgery and finger cramps it worked out. No leaks, the hose is a little smaller so the brackets aren't tight and the flange nut size is different from factory but the thread is the same. It has some whining now, but it's not bad.

I have a 2005 Acura MDX 3.5 Touring. Make sure to check the size of the flare nut on the rack before you start to install. The one amazon sent that said it matched my suv was 16mm. The one on my MDX was 19mm. I had to return to amazon. Sucks because the line looks like it was made really well and I need a pressure line more than dealing with a return. So be sure to put a wrench on your installed line before ordering!!!

The mechanic installed the hose uneventfully and with no complaint. It has been working well so far after a week, I don’t notice any leak from the hose or the connecting points.
