Compact HMS carabiner
• H-profile construction ensures best possible use of material and minimal weight

Screwgate
These classic carabiners cover a wide range of uses. The easy-grip sleeve allows the gate to be closed quickly, intuitively and one-handed if required. Screwgates have a manual locking mechanism which must be actively closed to ensure full safety.
Slide Gate
The slide gate is auto-locking, quick, intuitive and can be operated with one hand. As there is no barrel that can get in the way, the carabiner can rotate freely in bolts and belay devices. This improves handling for better stance organization or when belaying.
Triple Lock
Triple-lock carabiners require three separate actions to open the carabiner. This offers extra safety compared to screwgate and twist-lock carabiners. However, one-handed operation may take practice. They are ideal for situations where maximum safety is called for.

This is a very attractive carabiner. It has a locking device that was too difficult and stiff for me to operate with one hand (a woman with not particularly strong hands) but I can see that the extra effort would be worth it in a climbing situation. I intended it only to secure a resting strap, during a long Via Ferrata, so it was overkill for my needs.

Dieser Karabiner eignet sich perfekt zum Sichern! Er ist einwandfrei verarbeitet und liegt gut in der Hand. Der Verschluss ist nicht zu streng, jedoch aber auch nicht zu leichtgängig.

This carabiner is very light. Using with edelrid mega jul sport. Works well, but mega jul, made out of steel, scratches the top surface of the carabiner. This brings no problems anyway.

Nice carabiner with the little hook to keep it in place for your belay device. Has an auto lock also to keep the belay device in place. I use mine on a WildCountry Revo Belay device and it works flawlessly! Highly recommend Edelrid products as I have a number of them and they are all well thought out and high quality.

Bought for sport climbing and general alpinism.Works well with grigris and megajuls.The combination of an auto locking gate and the belay loop lock, makes it a great belay carabiner.
