I am a 73 year old woman and I was able to remove this item from its very well-packed shipping boxes. I then proceeded to set up the entire cooler myself and it is running beautifully. It is attractive and quiet.

First, we were replacing the same cooler that lasted 7 yrs. We’ve heard from others that that’s about normal for wine coolers. So this was perfect size to put back in the “hole”. This one is all black whereas the first one has stainless trim & handles and this is all black. The new one has solid black wrapped wire shelves. I scrapped those and kept my old ones that were trimmed in a light wood. The black ones were fine - I just preferred the wood trim. Otherwise, it’s the same cooler and a perfect size for us, and I hope to have it at least 7 years!

If you keep wines and ezpecially Reds, you'll want this compact storage unit. Almost soundless, temps don't vary and my older wines keep safe. Good buy.

After 14 months of excellent service, a “Lo” alarm come on. I contacted the service number and was redirected to another company to enter a service request. I received a service acknowledgment stating I would get a response in 2 days. It has now been 18 and no response. For the price I think it would be worth the price of repair. I’m glad I didn’t purchase extended warranty as there would still be no service response. Currently it is a great wine cupboard but not fridge.

Purchased to install in 15" space to replace trash compactor. Width is perfect, but height is 2" short. Standard counter height 34", and this wine cooler is 32". Either a space on top of the unit or on the bottom of the unit. Not pleased with appearance or options to fill the 2" gap.

We wanted to fill the space in our cabinets from removing a defective and superfluous icemaker. This model was the perfect size and color, and at a price way below many alternatives. Slotted into the space and plugged in, it immediately worked and showed the temperature, which is easily adjustable. The only downside I see of this model, from a wine drinker's perspective, is that it only allows one preset temperature. I set it for white wine, then allow reds to warm slightly and breathe for a few minutes before serving.
