Some parts like screws and mounts etc don't come with this and need to be transplanted from the old unit.I also recommend switching out the thermal fuse and thermostat too, just in case. At least test the fuse to see if it needs to be replaced.People who are having issues with this *might* also have a bad thermostat at least. I replaced all three parts and this has been going strong.I'm knocking one star because of the missing parts. Not a huge deal, but keep this in mind and don't chuck anything away before you get this!

My dryer broke down while I had two loads of wet clothes. After a quick troubleshoot, we found the heating element was open. We could have ordered this for $30 dollars elsewhere but to get it quickly it was going to cost $95 in overnight shipping (which would have been 2 days after my dryer broke or $35 for expedited (3-5 business days). I could not believe the shipping description - order in the next 1 hour and 7 mins and get it delivered between 4-8am the next morning. I said what the heck and ordered it. It was on my doorstep, as I was leaving for work at 6:40 am the next day. We installed it that night when we got home and it works like a charm. 3 weeks later and it is still working great.

Product just as I read it would be. It installed perfectly and now my dryer is working great! Great product, great deal. It did arrive 1 day late but considering how much money I saved, I can't complain. Thanks!
