I was disappointed to find out that you can only use 1 universe over UBS protocol. You get 2 universes over Art-Net protocol.Tip: if you are using Art-net protocol, your first universe needs to be set to Universe 0 and you second universe to Universe 1. This was my first time using Art-net and I took me a couple hours to figure out.
