Truly nervous that nothing was going to happen with this. But I had 8 chicks and 2 Quil. I was truly amazed. Now I love this product for the price of this product, do I think they could fix a few things yes. The glow light is not quite bright enough to see through the egg, the instructions that came with it was not every details, we had to google the entire thing. Does it work yes, actually it works. But could the manufacturer do a little better sure. But for what it’s worth it’s still really good

I have had this incubator for over four months. Happy with it. But I have one HUGE issue. You must be careful with Styrofoam packing it is part of the incubator system. Not packing. My hubby broke off a corner and I had to tape it back together. You will use the Styrofoam frame most of the time.Another issue isIt only comes with one hose for the water dispenser. Which meant that the second hole is unplugged. So I had to use tubing to plug holes and not use the nifty soda bottle gadget. But I have the incubator full at all times 24/7 and have gotten at least 70%hatching rate. And that could be more on eggs than on the incubator.

I have had this 42 days. At first I liked it easy set up and work nice. Put 15 peacock eggs got 4 hatched out. Then the next batch I put in the controls wouldn't let me reset the unit. The control will not go over 94 3 and hunitty won't adjust from77. Si foliar looks like my eggs are aborting from lack if temperature and humidity issues. This is bid. I have over 30 eggs un hatched due ti the malfunction of the unit. Now the company shows and won't take responsibility. I WOULD understand if I had this unit for a while and it quit but not only 42 days. This robbery. I had a bigger unit like this one and I had it for 2 yrs. It did great that's why I got this one. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT. AND COMPANY SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT WORKMANSHIP OF PRODUCT. I understand amazon 30 day. But it's not fare to spend money for products that do t work. Money is tight these days and I can't afford to just throw it away in the trash.

It works, but it's kind of a pain. The temperature stays pretty steady, but the humidity is all over the place. We did get a decent hatch rate, but it's cheaply made and I don't expect a long life for it. Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for small-scale incubators.

The automatic water doesn't work like it's supposed to and the humidifier doesn't set like it's supposed to. Everything else worked fine , still using it, I just keep a cup of water under the fan and let it do it's thing. Which kinda sucks but the eggs are still making progress as they should .The Manuel has poor instructions , the images provided on Amazon were helpful to a degree , but that's about it.

I love that this has the humidity reading and it was easy to keep the humidity in the right range by opening the small vent on top or putting a kink in the hose so too much water doesn’t flow in the incubator. The rollers allow for placement for the size of eggs and fit all of the eggs I had. I’ve tried two other incubators and this is one is worth it. No guesswork involved.

While I like that this has a temperature alarm, and that I can keep track of the humidity on a separate LED from the temperature, the rollers that are supposed to turn the eggs regularly merely slide under the eggs without turning them. The rollers turn; the eggs don't. I tried sanding the rollers thinking they were too smooth, and hoping that a rough surface would actually grab the eggs and turn them, to no avail. I even got my other [smaller] incubator out and put some of the eggs in it in case the size of the eggs actually reduced the capacity, and even with the eggs not touching each other, the rollers just slide. I still have to turn the eggs by hand. After this clutch is hatched, I will smear a thin layer of silicone on them and let it set up for a few days before incubating another clutch of eggs, but this is supposed to be largely a "plug-n-play" incubator that automatically turns the eggs. I'm having to do the aforementioned modifications in an attempt to get it to work the way it's supposed to. I'm not impressed!Edit: I set this incubator up to hatch another clutch. It held temperature overnight, so I put the fertilized eggs in this morning. It hadn't quite reached incubation temperature when I had to leave for work, but it was getting close. When I got home from work, it was beeping a low temperature alarm. It was 3° too low. I'm starting to think this incubator is a "single use" appliance, and I'm really not impressed. The little incubator that I paid a little more than half as much for has served very well for three uses, and is incubating a fourth clutch. I'm dismayed that this one was almost twice as much money and seems to be a single use piece of junk. This is not acceptable! 😠
