It won't last long if you slice strawberries with this thing. This happened after about 10 strawberries (photo).

I am able to use it to slice the egg, however, I would have liked to cut it 6 times and then slice it, but once cut one way the egg does not slice again, just smashes instead. My bad, just thought it would be do-able, but no, can only slice once. Should be great for spliting the eggs or slicing them for on top of a salad.

I only use the product for soft foods and yet the wires are already loosening. 👎🏼

You can tell by looking that this is pretty cheaply made, but it does exactly what I wanted it to do it slices eggs up quickly makes it easier to make salads or any other purpose where you need your eggs diced up.

The egg slicer strings were bent out of shape after cutting just a couple of hard boiled eggs. Strings on the other cutters still ok, but for how long?
