How to use the baking-trays
1. Put dough into the baking mould: Fill the prepared baking pan with the dough about two-thirds. Depending on the recipe, use a ladle or spoon to evenly distribute the dough.
2. Baking: Place the baking pan on the baking tray and place it in the oven. Follow the instructions of the recipe for temperature and baking time. Check the baking pan regularly to ensure that the dough does not get too dark or burn.
3. Remove from the oven: When the dough is ready, remove the baking pan from the oven and place it on a heat-resistant base. Let the cake cool in the mould before taking it out of the mould and serving.

I absolutely love these. They are perfect for dessert trays. The tarts come right out if you give them a quick spray first with Pam and are very easy to clean. I definitely recommend them.

These pans are great for cooking tarts. They're very sturdy and easy to use. The taste of the tarts out of the pans are amazing. Great value for your money and perfect size.

We made our first fruit tarts and it worked so perfectly. I love the ease of using them and how great the tarts looked. You can do any type of tarts and style them as you please. They came out perfectly with the first time and I have never done that before.
