Once I figured out to make sure the yellow disc was turned to the "open" position, and not to press so hard as to end up with a raw egg mess, it worked to pierce the egg flawlessly.¯_(ツ)_/¯

My egg piercer arrived broken apart. The pieces easily fit back together again but the fact that there are pieces will make it a pain to wash. It works to pierce an egg but I wouldn't buy this again. Too cheaply made.

i’m not like 10 but i never knew about this puncturing the egg thing..i’m like old..have loved eggs my whole life with he struggle if peeling etc.never felt it was a huge struggle but now i KNOW it was..a little prick on the big part of the egg and who knew your life is changed !!

I don't think that there's a better way to boil eggs! It's a good idea to order at least 2. They're very small and tend to get lost in my gadget drawer.

My son who’s a CHEF has this at home. Best thing yet if you make deviled eggs for any occasion ( I’m the family favorite) boiled eggs for salads, breakfast. This makes peeling them a breeze. Has a magnet for your fridge. Great little gadget
