Warnung: Die Eheim Universal-Pumpe, mittelgroß, 1048-159 km/h ist für europäische Verhältnisse ungeeignet; Grund: der Stecker entspricht weder den EU-Normen, noch den angelsächsischen. Es ist ein Mini-Stecker - wohl für ein Puppenhaus gedacht. -- Ich habe das erst bei Betriebnahme gemerkt. SCHADE !! Noch schlimmer ist die Rücksendung, denn - was man nicht vorher weiß - es geht zurück in die USA. Und die Rücksendeformulare sind mehr als verwirrend: einmal heißt es vor-frankiert, dann wieder muss man es selbst franklieren. FAZIT: Finger weg von EHEIM !!!

I wish everything were made as well as Eheim pumps. My previous pump on my calcium reactor (saltwater aquarium part that runs 24/7) started getting a bit noisy - probably just needed a new impeller, but it's 15 years old so I paid a little more (well, almost 3x) for the whole pump. The old pump is still running fine, just a bit noisy but I'll eventually get around to putting the new one in its place. Still made in Germany so I expect it will last just as long. Gotta love that German design and craftsmanship - awesome!! The Germans and Japanese show the rest of the world how it should be done!
