Erlenmeyer Flask with a 500mL capacity and narrow neck is made of heavy-duty borosilicate 3.3 glass. Features white enamal graduations every 100mL, a uniform wall thickness ideal for heating, and a reinforced rim to protect against accidental impacts. Meets DIN ISO 1773 standards for conical flasks.
Autoclavable, with superior chemical durability. Low temperature gradient - can withstand high temperatures & thermal shocks. Eisco Labs borosilicate glass has the following heat tolerances: Strain Point 515°C | Annealing Point 565°C | Softening Point 820°C.

It is a beaker. I do not know how much you expect from a beaker. It handled the job of hydrogen generation using aluminium foil and sodium hydroxide, not much else I can say. It is a beaker and it is made out of glass, be careful with it as it may break. 4/5 for me.

I did break it pretty quick, but it was my fault due to an exothermic reaction that either expanded solid crystal mass or heated extremely hot and unevenly.I would definately buy this again, though. It is(was) very nice and heavy duty, but my stupidity is even stronger.
