This is so cool. I teach pre-k and I am really looking forward to showing this to them when we talk about light and color. I have tried all kinds of materials to try to demonstrate this in the past and have not been successful. This is absolutely wonderful and so well-made.

It turns white when you spin it. It's great for a demonstration on newtonian physics of color.

Would be more versatile if the disk was easily removal and able to be swapped out for other color combinations. The historic devices that it mimics were designed to show multiple color experiments. This one is a one trick pony, it works, but will have to be modified to be made fully useful.

Easy to use and the kids enjoyed making it go. You do need to hold the base for them when they turn it or it will fall over.
