The purpose of a kit, for me, is to make my life easier and not have to measure, cut, and measure again. I misunderstood the description and assumed that the "wainscoting boards" that runs vertical were premeasured. Nope. They all arrive as long boards that have to be measured and cut.That is fine. But, that is not a "kit." I could have just went out and purchased 8' PVC boards for less money. The process would have been exactly the same. They worked great for their purpose but I would recommend just going out to Home Depot, Lowes or a lumber store and purchasing primed PVC boards. It will cost you less and you will do the same amount of work as it does when you purchase this kit.
