First order never arrived. Had to request a replacement, which seems to be the new thing. 5 items ordered at the same time different people, all had to be replaced due to lost. My niece loved this once it finally arrived.

I bought this to replace my granddaughter’s Derwent eraser which she loved, but dropped and broke. She needed an electric eraser for her art work, but I needed a price break. I have this eraser for my own use and although it’s been dropped several times, it still works. So, I bought this one for her. She’s perfectly satisfied and so am I. Works just as well as the more expensive brand and comes with plenty of refills. The weight and feel in the hand is very similar as well. Good value.
