Burner heats up super fast and cooks evenly. Pot and pan clean easily. The dots on temperature dial seem to indicate detailed control over heat, but it really only has 3 settings : off, low, and high. Set comes with a bag that keeps the parts together. Lid is flat, which is nice for storage. It doesn't really fit on the skillet, but is made to fit on pan. Handles are good and fold in or out as needed, though you do have to get used to holding them. All together, it makes a quite small bundle and is lighter than I exepcted. Super handy for travel or very small spaces. There are several warnings about fire hazard, because the base heats up quite fast, so keep in mind that it needs flat space and a firm surface to rest on. All in all a good purchase.

This electric pot is exactly what I was looking for.It heats up very fast. I'm able to boil water in it to make pour-over coffee and heats up food quickly and evenly.I highly recommend it.
