Selt-test Program Tips
When the machine first powers on, the self-test program will start and default to 115℉. You can pass the program by pressing any water volume button to dispense 2 oz water. This program aims to test whether the hot water dispensers' working voltage and the water pump work or not.
Temperature Difference Issues Tips
It is unavoidable that hot water will lose its temperature when it contact with air and the mug. This is a natural phenomenon. Dispensing more volumes of hot water can make the average temperature closer to the setting temperature.

Great product. Very fast to heat and start producing hot water. Takes a little bit of time to fill a 16oz cup, but hey, walk away as your cup is filling and grab a cookie to go along with your tea. If it stops working after several uses, the packaging provides very clear and detailed information in how to contact the manufacturer. Its design is slick, sleek, modern and great colour. Two thumbs up. 5/5*.

I ordered this as a gift for my husband. It worked ok at first, but after 3 months of using it, the machine stopped heating the water to temperature. We measured it with a thermometer and the water was coming out 30 degrees cooler than what it should be. This is a huge problem if you are using the water for pour over coffee. I reached out to Amazon to request a refund, but it was outside the return window. I was advised to contact the seller, which I did. I'm hopeful the seller will refund my purchase price. I do not want a replacement as when it did work, the heated water had a nasty plastic aftertaste and smell. I had hoped it would dissipate over time, but it didn't work long enough to find out. One star rating because it worked just long enough to be outside the return window.

I really like this product. It’s less than a month that we’ve been using this and so far so good.I like the fact that water is not kept boiled but boiled/heated when needed.It is really attractive with the color combination.It is sleek and small enough compared to my other Asian brands; not that there was anything wrong with that brand.The water comes out with a slower stream which in a way confers safety when you have little kids around.It has light touch buttons on the top for operation. The temperature is marked in degrees Fahrenheit. Personally I’d prefer it in Celsius (but that’s first world problems).It splashes a bit on the device a little, but it’s easy to wipe clean.The canister is a refillable plastic container to store the water for use. Personally I do not fill it all the way, just to prevent water from standing still and building up mold.It certainly makes our day easy.I have nothing bad to say about this product.It’s an electric product and like all electric appliances, there’s bound to be a day that it will stop working. There’s definitely more pros than cons with this product.

Very nice pricing, but super useful, size of it not too big that can help saving space, and instant hot water can saving so many energy can help lower energy bill if you take alot hot water, real touch screen control that can make you much easy to use, child lock too easy to unlock not that good, you can stop the water anytime by touch the water volume is nice and user friendly. Very high CP product and strongly recommend.

We used Zojirushi water boiler for years. We decided to get a new one because we don’t want to hold a large pot of hot water all the time. This boiler only boils the amount of water when you need it. It is convenient.I gave 4 stars because it does come with smell and it took a longer time to get rid of it. Now, we enjoy it
