How to Operate

1.Carefully open the top cover and place the centrifuge tube. Note: The weight of the samples placed symmetrically inside the centrifuge protection tube must be the same, and the weight deviation must not exceed 0.002 lbs.

2.Open the lid and set the rotational speed to the lowest position.

3.Switch on the power supply and turn the timer to the desired time value, after which the timer will start turning from the ‘0’ position and the turntable will gradually turn from low to high speed to the speed required for centrifuge operation.

4.After working for a certain period, the timer returns to the “0” position, the turntable stops rotating, the centrifuge stops working, and the speed is adjusted to the lowest position.

5.After the desktop electric centrifuge is used, turn off the switch, place the machine in a dry, ventilated place, and keep it clean.

2.Please read the instruction manual completely before installation and use, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included. The centrifuge machine is a whole product, and should often pay attention to its maintenance.

3.Please note that the desktop electric centrifuge adopts a three-eye safety socket, it should be properly grounded before use, the machine should be placed on a smooth, flat, and solid surface, and the working room should be neat and clean, dry, and well-ventilated. Check the timer knob before starting the machine, it should be in the “0” position, then turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on. If you find the power indicator light is not on, you should immediately stop the machine to check.

4.Please note that it is strictly prohibited to operate under no-load without installing the rotor. Before running, the rotor should be checked for corrosion damage. When the rotor running do not open the centrifuge cover, and do not touch the running head. Please insert the tubes symmetrically into the machine, and strictly prohibit the rotor head from running with unbalanced loading.

5.Please note that if you have a single sample, please add a tube of water to realize a control experiment. Plastic tube weight deviation should be less than 0.2 grams, generally after the tube is damaged, it should be replaced by a group of simultaneous inversion or symmetrical two together in order to reduce the deviation phenomenon.

6.In operation, the length and weight of the symmetrical two glass tubes (including the experimental liquid) should be equal, if the deviation is large, it will produce shaking. The disc should avoid encountering strong acids, caustics, and corrosion.

7.Please note that although there is a slight vibration at speeds less than 500 rpm, it becomes smooth at speeds greater than 1,000 rpm. Quiet and vibration-free when the load is balanced, please set the timer first and then turn on the speed controller.

8.Please note that when operating a desktop electric centrifuge series excitation-type motor, the brushes are usually around 500 hours and should be reversed in time so that the brush commutator does not wear out and then grind.

9.Please note that the factory noise standard for desktop electric centrifuges is less than 70 dB (measured separately 3.28 feet away from each group of centrifuges).

I am a registered nurse and I own an aesthetics business. I use this machine for PRP and it works wonderfully. It is very quiet, and stable. The suction cups on the bottom work very well so it does not shake or fall off a table. I’ve had it for a while now and it is holding up just fine. I highly recommend this product and this brand.
