I bought this because the microwave at work is used for unsanitary purposes (clothing, old heat bags like the ones that have beans in them so are never washed). I couldn't bring myself to use it for food.This little lunch box is perfect. It holds a lot! I can't even eat half of the bowl. Have used for soup, burritos, etc. Has not leaked at all. Depending on what it is, I give it 20-30 minutes to heat up and it has not had any issues. The very center is a bit of a hot spot and will burn a little, but it comes off easily with a few minutes of soaking.Have only used for 2 weeks so not sure of long term durability, but it is one of the best purchases I have made in a while. I highly recommend it for lunch or a meal wherever you have an outlet (have not used the auto cord yet but it is included).

I bought this for a friend. She absolutely loves it. It works great for heating up soup and other items you want to warm up for lunch at work. I have one too and I love it!
