It might be a user problem but I cannot get it to activate the cutting mechanism at all. Charges fine, turns on, but no matter how I try to use it, it does nothing. Nothing seems to trigger it. If anyone knows if there is a gotcha somehow, please post.

It worked very well on finger nails but not on toe nails. Instructions are difficult to read because they are so small.

One star because zero stars is not an option. This product is garbage, and does not trim nails.

We purchased this because we thought according to the video and pictures it would be quicker to trim your nails. One arrived and we began to try it. You almost have to be a marksman to put your fingernail in the right spot to grind it properly. An emery board and original nail clipper is much faster. In our opinion, it’s not worth some money.

i like the idea of an automated trimmer for nails but this is not the easiest to manage as all nails are different so it is not a one size fits all appliance.
