The shift motor bolted right up and plugged right in and seemed to fix my sluggish shifting issue I was having on my 2007 Honda Recon 250 ES. The cable is about probably twice as long as the OEM, but I was able to fold it over and zip tie to the sub frame. I usually try to avoid these super cheap after market parts, but it was easy enough to change and cheap enough to try.
