this is amazing. I use it on a daily basis working on my car doing oil change even with my work for my regular work. I do hvac. I love this item. I would recommend it 10 out of 10 times. I would buy it again. It also let you go batteries, which I love so I don’t have to buy a different type of battery

When the tool is hammering the battery tends to loosen and stops operating. Tossed it under the work bench. Might be ok to run up bolts/nuts but not to tighten.

Not bad for the price. Quality seems to be good. Have manually to adjust each time.Dewalt Battery fits great, used a couple of days now and still going.Not as efficient as name brand but works great for the price.

Good high torque ratchet, the only reason for 3 stars is the battery disconnect from its place when the ratchet in full torque.Now I'm changing the rating to one star because their support team promised to solve battery disconnecting problem and they did nothing.
