The RV Dealership gave me a repair estimate of $1200.00 to repair my automatic step. I looked online as to what the problem could be and found that the normal issue was the step controller going bad. I also found that 95% of RVs use the Lippert Kwikee automatic step and this type of step controller. You Tube had several Videos on Automatic Step repair Issues. So as recommended by the videos I crawled under the RV to see what my step controller looked like and matched it up to this controller. I called the RV Dealership parts department and they wanted $468.00 for an OEM step controller. This step controller had good reviews, so I bought this step controller from Amazon for around 60 dollars. It matched perfect to the old controller. It was very easy to install. Just three 1/4-inch screws, a couple of plug in connections and a ground wire. Problem solved the step works again, and $1140 dollars saved. Thank You "You Tube" and the seller of this controller. Definitely Recommend.
