It's not waterproof. I left it in the yard and it rained, and my scooter's digital speedometer got wet and damaged. But it's large enough that my scooter fits perfectly inside.

I mostly like everything about this bag. I am only removing one star because I felt the Amazon page was deceptive.This thing has so much room. I think I could fit two electric scooters if I needed to. Also, the outside zipper pocket is big. I just wanted it to store the charging cable but it could hold a lot more.The material does seem to be a high quality. I believe that it is waterproof based on what the material feels like. The bag itself also folds up easily and has its own carrying bag so you can hang it on the handlebar while riding the scooter. There are even Velcro straps to easily strap the bag on.The only thing I was disappointed in was that the bag does not keep its shape like the Amazon pictures make it appear. The bag is droopy. I thought that if the bag kept its shape, it might even protect the scooter from some banging. I don't think the bag will protect anything beyond simple scratches.

This bag is much bigger than expected. It fits my Hoverfly scooter and then some. I kind of have to bunch some of the bag up once closed. It could use a better shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is rather small and offers little to no padding. Otherwise the material seems solid. The zipper is weatherproof. The bag also comes with it's own bag to packed it in when not used.

The bike case material is thick and very durable. It comes with an outer pouch that can be hung on the car when not in use. It is especially waterproof with a waterproof zipper. There is an attachment pocket on the side for miscellaneous items, which I liked very much.

The scooter storage bag is made of very thick material and very durable. The zipper is waterproof and is particularly waterproof. There is an additional pocket on the side for mobile phones, wallets and other sundries. The handles are padded so your hands won't hurt even if you use it for a long time. It comes with an outer packaging bag so you can store it when not in use. It is a very user-friendly product. I will recommend it to my friends.
