This product did not even last a season on our electric jack. It came apart in the seam between the vinyl window and the nylon bag.

I bought this last year and I went out to raise the front of the RV and the front plastic window cracked open when I went to operate the button, I assumed this would last a lot longer

Cover is large and does not need to be removed to make adjustments. Protection from sun and weather. Good item

Overall I like this for basic protection of the tongue jack. I can't imagine it would stand up to super strong winds and storms, but in many cases with rain it will at least provide basic protection. It's got a clear section and some drawstrings. You can't really tie it off, unless you tie the drawstrings together, that's why I think in a big storm it might be long gone. But for basic protection to prevent rain damage to electrical parts, $20 for this might be a good basic insurance. Overall a decent product.

So excited to find this online, but after putting it on, we drove no more than an hour and saw the clear part had a gaping rip. I repaired it with some clear shipping tape. Then we drove about 4 hours and the entire plastic part is a mangled open mess. Like 5 rips in it. Of course the return window just passed.

It's nice to have a cover over the jack to keep out of the elements, especially since they are not cheap. Just the right fit to cover nicely.
