The slide had issues we could not use it. We reached pu8t to customer service. They never replied. Submitted the product for return and they have yet to initiate our return even though they have had the product back for a month.🫥

Love this one! We had a smaller one we bought from Sam's 2yrs ago but it was thinner and didn't last....this one is more durable, thicker material, and is HUGE!
