I bought this because I didn’t feel like it was necessary to purchase a rodecaster duo. I liked the effects I was using in unity but wanted to use my pod mic usb with xlr. I’ll say this ahead of time, I don’t really notice too much of a difference but it is nice having the control I do with the wave xlr and wave link software. I’m producing a sound that is professional and clean and wave link has given me very little issues.

Personally if your going to get the stream deck plus, I would spend the extra money to get the xlr mod for it but if your just going to use it stand alone it's amazing, it comes with some nice features. if you have an nvidia gpu it had a noise suppression feature which works amazingly just make sure to keep software up to date. If the all black isn't your style you can also order seperate face plates and dial covers which are as simple as pull of the old ones and push on the new ones

Exceptional hardware, but the software experience leaves much to be desired. I invested in the Wave DX, Wave XLR, and Elgato XLR cable bundle, all boasting top-notch build and performance. However, my satisfaction was short-lived as the Wave Link app, initially impressive, failed to launch after just one day of use. Despite attempting multiple fixes, I've been unable to resolve the issue. Disappointingly, I expected superior software quality from Elgato, a market leader. In summary, while the hardware earns a five-star rating, the troublesome software brings the overall experience down to three stars.
