Used these in my son's old ice skates. Size advertised fit very well in skates. Lots of cushion. These make the inside feel like new

When I bought my first set of insoles I looked at them and thought they weren't any better than what came in my Bauer Supremes. After putting them in and skating on them the first time I could feel the difference! The insoles feel like skating on clouds yet connected to the ice! Fast forward a couple days ago and I bought another pair for my roller hockey skates. Same thing... love 'em! The only thing I would recommend is if you want to get insoles, consider sizing up .5 to 1 full size larger on skates. Otherwise you will feel a bit of a pinch on the top of your foot. However you can overcome this by loosening up your laces too. Aside from that the insoles do a great job!
