An und für sich ist es ein tolles Produkt was mir sehr gefallen hat aber nach viermaliger Benutzung im Wald ist die Klinge gebrochen und nein ich bin nicht auf einen harten gegenstand gestoßen.ich gehe von einem Material fehler aus aber nach mehr maligem anschreiben des verkäufers bisher noch nicht eine Antwort.sehr enttäuschend!

Handle has 90 degree angles. Very uncomfortable. Handle girth very narrow requiring a super grip to keep it from turning. The two problems together makes it extremely fatiguing to use but for short periods. If you HAD to get this buy it for your kids, it would fit their hands better although the blisters it'll cause .. Blade seems pretty good but haven't used it much so .. it's a shame cuz I have three or four of their pocket knifes and one fixed blade, which I'm very satisfied with so I want to like this more than it deserves.

Nice solid chipping hatchet. good for garden branch cutting making kindling or small chopping like chicken bones ect.Would reccomend for the price my grand kids want to get there hands on it it looks like a weapon has a nice sheath.I had to hide it! Sorry I showed it to them! But nice and compact for camping or desert trips when a tool like this could come in handy.MIKE

I took this backpacking this past weekend and was very happy with it. I used it to cut small branches for fire making and for trimmed trees around where I setup my hammock. This is a great addition to my pack and will definitely be taking it on more trips. It is definitely well worth the money. It is great for chopping small and medium sized branches and it is very small framed and lightweight so if you go try to chop through a 6 inch log you will most likely break it.

Bought mine for field dressing. Perfect size to fit in my pack and was very sharp right out of the package. Blade chipped in several places during first use. It was cheap so I took a chance. I’m going to grind it back and try again. Wouldn’t bet my life on it though.

Giving this 5 stars since it surpassed my expectations for a "made in china" blade. First off mine did not look like the one pictured but I am not complaining! Mine came in black with darker wood handles and it looks and feels nice. Razor sharp out of the box.Handles aren't "grippy" but handle design locks it in my hand well. Overall I am happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone interested in a small, light duty hatchet/axe.Update: Took this little hatchet camping to give it some abuse and remain impressed. Was able to baton some logs about 5 inches in diameter quite well and still able to feather some sticks. Hatchet remained intact and sharp and I did not take it easy!

Very nice looks and finish, but made in very soft and cheap metal. It might work fine for cosplay or as a nice paperweight, but I will never take this one to any camping or survival trip.

This is a great little tool. I have used it a few times before writing this review comes with a razer sharp edge and seems to hold the edge very well. The only downfall i had was that size of the handle could be a bit bigger but i have bigger hands and it moves around in my hand a bit when in use and causes rubbing in some areas. The handle screws did come loose so the wood handle its self was sliding around i plan on taking them off completely and just wrapping the handle in paracord. This will allow for some cushion on impact instead of ti being basically steel hitting your hand. All in all very happy with this purchase. This is not for cutting down a big tree but for processing smaller wood or other uses and not sure why its called an axe when realistically is a hatchet.

Ich gehe seit einiger Zeit gerne in den Wald und betreibe Bushcrafting.Dazu hab ich mir einen kleinen, leichten und zuverlässigen Helfer für etwasgrobere Arbeiten mit Holz gesucht. Nach einiger Zeit stieß ich auf dieses nette kleineBeil und muss sagen ich bin mehr als begeistert!Es tut was es soll und fühlt sich dabei auch noch sehr hochwertig an.Der griff ist sehr gut verarbeitet und das Holz füllt die Handflächen gut aus!Alles in Allem sehr gute Axt zu einem super Preis!KLARE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!

The axe came in a great condition. Wasn't really expecting anything from a $15 axe, but it came sharp and was able to chop wood in an appropriate setting, so the price was worth it. Do not throw the axe unless you are going to be okay with dings, scratches and or possibly bending of the axe itself. I just have a couple scratches at the tip but I have only thrown it a few times.
