I bought these shoes for my daughter and they were big, I ordered a size smaller and everything was fine. But it's been several days since I returned the first shoes that were too big and I still haven't received a refund. I feel like they are taking too long.

Shoes are much bigger than I anticipated even after I read the reviews. My daughter is in third grade wears a size five tennis shoe in girls, the large fit perfect. The shoes are plastic, her feet did sweat, but they are absolutely adorable and completed her Cinderlla costume in style. She loves them! A few of the gems did come off at the dance, but I think that was to be anticipated with a third grader. The XL is an entire inch bigger than the large.

We LOVED the shoes and although a bit larger than I am just glad they were not too small. She is very young with larger feet and these are perfect & have just enough of the "princess" & "little girl" look without appearing as a adult shoe.
