After having the unit installed for four months and having regular daily use by four girls. The unit has started to already show wear. About three months in one led stopped working on the wall jets due to a bad connection as it will flicker from time to time. Then I realized that only every other row of wall jets actually works. I do not know if this was by design or not but feel slightly cheated on that. The this month after four months the finish that is supposed to be stainless steel has a white haze streaking on the surface of the shower head portion. I have cleaned the shower several times and this isn't coming off like the rest of the soap scum leaving me to think it's a clear coat coming up.The unit functions fine and has plenty of pressure plus it looks great other than the finish issue.

2 of the little lights were missing, one fell out when installing so the 3 lights don't work.

Put this in on a new bathroom remodel. Looks great, water pressure is excellent (from top) - the body water pressure could be better, lights still working - love it. 6/20206/27/20 UpdateWater pressure is still outstanding and product overall looks great, but 1 of the lights is already out and a 2nd looks to be. These lights that are malfunctioning also seem to have turned a different color from oxidation. Not cool!

I absolutely love my shower! Super modern and easy to use. So many functions. I turn on two speed for water at a time. Heats up quickly. Everything works great. I would buy again. Lights are own while using. Very relaxing.
