Whether responding to an emergency where seconds count, coordinating a mobile workforce, or communicating critical information, your radio is essential and its battery key to your operation. Fortunately, hazards that kill other two-way radio batteries do not affect ours. While other organizations use batteries from third-parties for their devices, we build superior batteries specifically for your radios.
How long should I charge my two way radio battery?
As always, it depends on the type of battery. Ni-CAD, Ni-MH and Li-Ion all have different charging methods.
Generally though, it should only take two hours on a rapid charger and 4-6 hours on a standard charger.
When using for the first time, it is recommended that you charge overnight, that is, the charging time is about 12 hours. Some specialized chargers take longer, such as charger-conditioners.

I manage an RV owners' club for a major RV manufacturer. Our parking and registration teams use walkie-talkies to communicate not only for parking and registration of hundreds of RVs but throughout the week-long event. The batteries tend to last for about 3 to 4 years and we replace them on a rotating basis. Very happy with the batteries and the radios in which they are used.

Two of the batteries came in no good and the other three days later end up no good. Also batteries must be very outdated.

Battery was a little to apply to Walkie Talkie, the previous ones I have attached with ease. Too soon to know about longevity or battery life. It is working well so far.

The batteries last about6-8 hours is left on. The more you transmit the quicker they are depleted.
