Not super sturdy but I guess that's okay since it's going behind a couch.The instructions were... fine I guess is how I would describe them. I got it together eventually but it just felt like a box of parts and it said "do this over and over" and that's essentially it.Overall build quality is average to above average. The finishes are exactly where I expected at this price point.

Color was not as expected…it was supposed to be a white oak and was definitely more like a grayish. Gonna be sending g this back unfortunately.

Assembly is simple, but it takes an extremely long time. When you're done, you will have a rickety, wobbly object. None of the included surface boards are cut from the same plank, so the result is hideous. The included screws for the power outlet didn't even fit, and barely line up. Purchase something else
