Works great! Keeps coffee and other hot drinks hot. I don’t use my coffee mugs anymore. When I go to restaurants and have coffee it surprises me how quickly hot drinks become cold. Love this!

I absolutely love the Ember mug. This red mug is my second Ember. I keep a copper one on the bedside table, and this one beside the table in the living room where I sit. It keeps my herbal tea hot so I don’t have to run to the microwave every few minutes to heat it up. This has been my favorite gift to receive from my husband.

Looovvee this mug! It keeps my tea hot the entire time I’m sipping.No more of that last cold sip! I really like that it is the mug that stays hot and is not warmed on a warmer. The whole cup is warming!

If you are going to purchase this product, only get it in black. I’ve had red mug for about six months, and despite daily cleaning after my 2 cups of coffee, the residual black stains only worsen with time. No matter what I used to clean it, it just got worse with time. It was embarrassing to use this cup at the office, not to mention that it was entirely unappealing to drink from it after a while. Only automated, unhelpful responses from Ember Customer Care, so I’m throwing this out. What a bummer and waste of money.

I really love this mug, I tend to leave my cup of coffee down and it always gets cold, and would microwave it several times. With the Ember my coffee stays at the right temperature until I'm finished with it. I would have given it five stars however the size is a little deceiving. It stated 10 oz and that is correct, however the 10 oz is at the rim, need to be careful not to spill it, and forget about adding any type of creamer unless it's a literal drop. I would have gotten the larger size but an extr $20 for some extra material is kind of steep. That would bring it To ~$150. Also a lid would have been nice as this is not a cheap mug.

Worked for 9 months; contacted support multiple times and its been 1 month since contacting them and 2 weeks no reply. I bought this in February and by October it stopped working. It will no longer hold a charge or connect to my phone. I contacted on 10.17.2023 with all the details on what the issue was as well as telling them what I tried to do to fix it.Ember contacted me 3 days later asking for picture's, proof of purchase, etc. and I send them all the information they asked for. 7 days later they followed up with "try this", which I already had tried based off of their website troubleshooting information. I tried it all again and still didnt work so I let them know I tried it all again and still didnt work. They never responded (now two weeks ago).Now I have a normal $150 coffee cup with a saucer sitting on my desk. Going back to my Yetti.
