This might be fine for making friendship bracelets or some kind of craft BUT the quality is very poor for embroidery. I would not recommend that you buy it for that purpose.

Colors are so bright, which is what I’ve wanted. Some of the colors are truly gag inspiring, whilst others are stunning. These threads work awesome for what I need them for….I just wish they wouldn’t fray & separate so easily. I mean, they basically do what they are meant to do but, it’s so frustrating when the thread becomes unusable after awhile of using due to the ends (ends = like the bottom couple inches, or so) fraying.I think the value was a good deal for the variety of colors you get in the package (minus the gag inducing colors).

Did not get total amount. Did not include gold or silver in my package. Only got 105 strands. I do like the colors.

Pretty colors but doesn't have the "tooth" of cotton, which I need for friendship bracelets.
