How to Use:
1. Loosen the outer screw, lay flat the inside hoop, put the cloth on the hoop, then put the outer hoop on the inside hoop.
2. Flat the cloth and tighten the screw.
3. Continue to flat the cloth to ensure there are no pleats, and pay attention to fabric to make the warp and the welt both vertical and horizontal, and finally tighten the screws.
4. Inspect the hoop whether it is tight enough. The way to check the tightness is to use a needle with thread going through the fabric surface. It is workable if there is a loudly sound when pulling the thread.

It's cheap and kind of splintery, and the metal hardware is thin and delicate, but it holds the cloth just fine and hasn't broken yet.For scale: I used this to add breast pockets to some workplace tees, because Gib*****r are cheap a*****es, and it was just big enough to have room for a normal size shirt pocket.

Overall this feels very cheap I’ve already gotten two splinters from it. It doesn’t hold the material very tightly

I had not opened the hoop hardware yet in these photos. The hoop had obviously be opened (at the hardware), the protective film was missing from part of the hardware and the hardware was grimy. The hoop wood was rough, with grooves and slivers all around. Instead of hassling with returning I have decided to sandpaper the wood and wrap the inner hoop with fabric.
