Chair quality is excellent, but it needs to be assembled and that is not in the website description if you aren’t handy and don’t have the right tools, you’ll find it difficult to do

Fairly easy to screw together. However no pre drilled holes which make the back of chair assembly difficult. All hardware included.

Needed a chair that was not on wheels for my home office. This was perfect it’s comfortable and the cushion really helps when sitting and working for the day. The back is a little lower than I would like however the cushion does make up for that aspect.

I bought two for my deck and I used waterproofing spray on the fabric. They are holding up nicely. I've had them several weeks, and we don't get a lot of rain but it rain good in the last 24 hrs and they did great with what little rain that got on them. They are covered by our patio umbrella as well.

The chair looked very nice, but when I sat on it, it was very, very hard. I sit all day at my job at home and I find too many chairs are very hard. Our church has nice pew chairs that are comfortable so I got this one. It was definitely not the same quality. I returned it right away.

Chair itself exceeds my expectations. However a couple of issues. It showed up in 2 boxes. 1 box was chair; legs, seat assembled. Second box was 10 backs with screws and assembly instructions. According to directions I'm missing a wire basket but since I ordered it not knowing it should have one I'm ok with that. As for the 9 extra backs? I reached out and I'm still waiting to hear from them. They have another week and the extras will be sent out for spring cleanup. Oh and everything could easily have been shipped in one box. Assembled or not and with wire basket.

Chair looks nice but didn't come put together, back needs to be attached to frame but screws weren't provided. Would have been perfect if I didn't have to now go find screws that will work with this chair.
