I bought a new home where the previous owner had just installed this oven. It had never been used. I tried everything to get the oven to preheat to the right temp and hold it during bake time but it wouldn't. After calling the company several times and being told I wasn't turning it on properly, I was able to get a different person who believed that it was an issue with the thermostat but their limited warranty only covers parts, not labor! She offered to send me the part and video instructions. Part came in an envelope. It is about the size of a dime. I watched the instructions and you have to remove the oven from the wall and literally take the whole oven apart to get to the piece that needs to be replaced. I called every appliance repair shop within 100 miles and no one will works on this oven. Don't waste your money!!

Simply the worst product I have ever purchased. The oven is faulty, does not function as described. The oven turns itself off unexpectedly. It does not keep working and constantly reigniting. Simply put, avoid, this isn't worth the trouble.

We just got this oven and it did a great job on a Prime Rib roast for Christmas dinner. The Rotisserie function did a great job. The controls take some getting used to and the manual is worthless but overall it was a good buy for us.

This oven comes with very poor instructions. However, when you call customer support you get an actual human being right away. They were pretty helpful. We now have everything figured out except the clock. But it was priced 1/4 of what we were looking at in appliance stores. So we were please. It cooks great.

Can't figure out all the buttons. The Instructions are vague. But the product looks good. oh, n it has rotisserie prongs but I can't seem to find out for what. Nothing on the instructions either.
