This is the worst range I have ever had. When you use the oven it leaves burnt stain on the vent that sits on top of stove. There isn’t but a little space that burns in the oven so it doesn’t cook evenly

After three tries the third oven they delivered was fine. It took two weeks to receive the third oven and it work beautifully. The aggravation of having no oven really was a horrible experience. The customer service personal were professional and calmed the situation down and explained everything and how they are working to rectify the situation. So all in all amazon get a C+.

So we purchased this range to replace the one we are moving with. Didn’t open it until today - which the return date expired yesterday.We never thought to open it because as you can see the box wasn’t damaged. But when we opened it to install the top of the range is damaged! So it was packed this way! Never in my life!!!! 😡🤬. So ticked off about this

If i could leave a zero i would. We ordered this product & the oven door wouldn't close so the control knobs burned. After arguing with customer service we got a Replacement & the oven doesn't turn on. No Thanksgiving!! We just use the gas range until I can throw this in the trash where it belongs and cut my losses. Don't waste your $ time & sanity on this.
