I like that this product is large and I can plan a lot of things in it. It is attractive on my back deck and so far so good with the quality holding up fine. I have covered them in plastic for the winter.

Love these planters and they were a greatPrice. But they didn’t fit our deck railing. But we used them anyway and they haven’t fallen off.

I bought one to put on my back porch rail and fill with herbs. Worked so well my husband suggested I put them all around the rail, so I bought 3 more. Well thought out design to accommodate different rail widths and hold the planter in place. The baskets are very sturdy. We did put foam cushioning between the planter and the rail to keep it from wobbling. And we secured the two bottom grips to each other around the deck rail with zip ties to prevent any loosening that might be caused from wind. Perhaps the product should come with those additional components (but that would likely increase the price). Anyhow we're very happy with the results. The planters look great out on our porch. Highly recommend.

Customers BEWARE, Very disappointed! I measured my railing b4 ordering & it was slightly under 5 1/2 inches. Once the planter arrived I tried on my railing & it will only set on top of the railing because it is only 4 inches wide to fit over the railing. Will be returning, not happy about having to pack it up & take to UPS!

The planter is well made, fits perfectly on our deck railing. The color is vibrant. I would definitely recommend.

I bought 4 of these to provide some privacy for my daughter's apartment balcony and they worked perfectly! They are a well thought out design and they really transformed the balcony to feel like a garden.

I was very happy to see the price of these deck rail pots and bought them during prime days recently. Unfortunately the widest opening is 4" and my deck rail is 5.5" wide. Hence this pot just sits on TOP OF the rail and not fit in to keep it stable. Just placing it on the rail would easily knock it off during windy/rainy days in norther GA. Called the company for support (no option for customer service, press 0 to get someone) and they don't have anything with a larger opening. Hence returning it to Amazon.

Compre 2 y están muy bonitas, solo tuve que adaptarlas al ancho de mi barandal y sujetarla con otro plástico para reforzarla, quedaron muy bien!

Apparently, I have a unique rail width of almost 4". See photo. I almost bought another planter until I realized it only allowed for a max 3.5" rail. I purchased this one instead to plant herbs on my railing. I did worry that this one would not sit down far enough on the rail, but my concern was unfounded. This product is well made and worked for me. I lined the trough areas on either side with pebbles to weigh it down some and help with drainage. There are also fasteners that can be attached at the bottom to help with stability. I added a photo where you can see the tracks underneath where the fastener's teeth can grab. I can only use one fasterner, due to my rail's width, but not sure it really needs it. does make it feel slightly more stable with it (less rocking when I try to shift it around). When I filled with dirt, it sat comfortably on my rail without the fastener. My balcony has seen several wind gusts, which has whipped my basil plant around. It is still alive, but I would probably suggest shorter plants, like oregano, if you live in a very windy area. Upside is this is very easy to grab and place elsewhere until the strong winds pass.I purchased 32 dry quarts of potting mix and had soil leftover. maybe a little over 1/3 of the bag. so I used maybe 20-25ish dry quarts (with drainage rocks below)? I had other plant projects, so this leftover didnt worry me. But I wouldnt suggest getting less soil. The terra cotta color is nice and looks classy. Would recommend.
