Looks so classy! Love the sleek magnetic design and the very nice glass. The wooden handle feels great and stays cool. I drink tea daily, so this has become one of my favorite things to have. Easy to clean and it makes tea time feel a little more special every day!

I love this teapot! The design is really clever tea leaves steep in the top part, and the brewed tea flows into the bottom. The glass is strong and heat-resistant, though you can’t use it directly on the stove. The wooden handle is comfortable to hold and doesn’t get hot. The button to release the tea works smoothly, making it easy to control how strong the tea gets. The spout pours neatly without spilling, and the lid stays in place. Cleaning is simple since the parts come apart easily. A great teapot for loose leaf tea!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product, but I was pleasantly blown away by how satisfying it was to use! I wish the instructions were a little clearer. I accidentally stumbled into how it works, but once I did, I was amazed. We had recently been gifted some pricey loose-leaf tea that needed a device like this. We already had some loose-leaf tea bags and tea "balls," but the tea seemed like it should have its own "experience" - and this didn't disappoint.Put the loose leaf on top, fill it with the precise water temperature needed, and wait for the appropriate time. Because some initial drops of tea flowed through, I thought the little mechanism on the bottom slowed the draining process. In fact, I was trying to figure what was "magnetic" about the device, while waiting for the tea to continue draining. But then, once the appropriate time elapsed and I needed to figure out how to get my tea out, I fortunately bumped the little button under the handle, and, voila! Somehow, the button (magnet, presumably) "toggled" the little device inside the drain hole, and the tea magically flowed into the bottom of the carafe. It is really hard to express just how satisfying it was to watch. So the only thing preventing it from being five stars was needing instructions that clearly explained how it works. Maybe everyone else knows how these types of devices work, but I have never seen a device like this, and even after reading the tiny included instructions, I didn't see it or missed the instructions. The instructions tell you to remove the little protector attached to the drain hole for shipping -- so it wasn't a function of not reading the instructions at all.The only other minor consideration was my comparison to how it compared to tea bags or balls. First, you may want to use a tea bag inside the upper chamber to avoid the minuscule fine granules from flowing through or the tiny bits and bobs that can flow into the cup when you pour the tea out. To be clear this is a very minor issue, but just not "perfect".Second, it can only do one cup at a time versus brewing a teapot. So, the device works great for a single cup; I'm just comparing its overall usefulness, how it fits into what we already have, and whether it's worth it to have this device. So the answer is "yes". It's incredibly fun and satisfying to use but not a five-star must-have need.

I have several loose teas I wanted to use this on - I totally figured from the picture that it would work only one cup at a time; well it doesn’t even du that. - the entire kettle doesn’t even hold 600ml, I use metric so I measured and I know! The top glass holds a max of 200ml, the bottom a max of 250ml before it spills back into the top! - most all tea cups (unless you use your British China) is at least 250ml more like 300ml; bottom line if I want to use it for my 300ml cup of tea (yes, that’s basically a standard coffee mug), I would have to brew AND empty twice! No good!If the measurements would be true, it’s a great concept, the little magnet/ball mechanism works well (remember to remove the little tube on the bottom of the top glass the first time you use it), you control the steeping and taste, the glass design looks simple and sleek, it’s easy to clean and could be a great gift! Comes in a huge box for a tiny kettle..🌟Verdict🌟 => 2 STARS: so disappointed; great concept but volume totally off!⭐️ -> (*My RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).>> -> Please NOTE: I consider 4 Stars a very high rating.

Leaks, doesn't not hold the water in the upper chamber. No idea what is wrong. No product support. Sent back.

I gave this product 5stars because it is sleek and works great. My only complaint is the handle and lid are not real wood. A little disappointing but overall love it!
