I expected the shorts to be about knee length or shorter. However, these fit below the knee. The description says that there's the option to select shorter legs, but I must have missed it. The size runs large too. I usually wear a large, but I probably should have ordered a size down. The waist is adjustable, so I was able to fit into them. The construction and materials used are high quality. The threads were not fraying or anything like that. The seams are nice and tight. Everything is sewn together well. The material is thin and flexible. It seems strong, and can take the rigors of riding. The material is sweat wicking too. There are three zippered pockets -- one on the back and two in the front. I don't really put stuff in my pockets, but they're there if you need them. The waist has straps and velcro that can tighten the waist for a custom fit. The inside legs of the shorts have perforated vents to increase air flow and cooling. There are stripes and logos on the shorts that have reflective elements. It can help with visibility at night. The liner for these shorts are not included. Endura calls them Clickfast liners. There are snaps on the inside, so the liner can be held in place. I do not own the liner, so I cannot say whether it is good or not.Overall, I think these are 5-star shorts, but I wish there were measurements. US sizes are probably different than the EU sizes. I won't deduct any stars, because they are great shorts! I will still wear them. I had someone ask where I got them and that they were nice and comfortable looking. They are all of those things. If you decide on these, just make sure you size down. Thanks!
