Used this kit to replace the timing belt on my forester xt. Oem quality kit. Install was easy if you have experience with the XT engines. Performs and fit as OEM parts would for half the cost. Great value.

I ordered the TOUQUAMEG Subaru Baja 2.5L Engine Timing Belt Kit for my 2009 Subaru Outback, This kit will not fit the Non-Turbo 2.5l "B" Vin Engine, it does fit the H4 Double Overhead Cam Turbo Engine and has everything needed to replace your worn timing belt including the Water pump. I was rolling in a new set of heads and wanted to do the timing Belt at the same time, the timing Belt, Bearings, pullies, and Water Pump can be replaced quite easily in the car if you are not doing Head Work. Everything included in the TOUQUAMEG Subaru Baja 2.5L Engine Timing Belt Kit were direct replacements for the Factory Parts, Installation went smooth with no issues. Obviously if you are doing this type of work you will be familiar with the repair procedure, if not a reputable Mechanic could install this kit for you. As with Factory Parts, there are no instructions included with the parts, follow the procedure described in the manual like you would normally do.
