I pulled the plug wires and the pliers got bent thy did not hold the plug wires at all very cheaply made

It does well with the exception of the plastic covers keep sliding off. I finally had to buy some super glue and put inside the cover, then re-install them. Does the job just fine now.

I'll keep it short and simple. The "rubber coating" on the handle and tips, tears easily and/or slides right off. The curved tips, they also bend at the point that they connect to long scissoring rods. Pretty useless, since these are what you use to remove a stubborn boot, and if all they do is bend and break, well...

The grips tear off and the claws that grab the boot bend . Maybe got for about 10 plug wires after that the claws that grab the boot get to week to grab anything.It the quality was better it would be a great plug wire tool esp with f your plugs go in at an angle you can flip the tool over and get a perfect grab, well until you squeeze and twist and the claws bend

The only issue I had was it’s a bit wimpy, the jaws flex and don’t always grip some boots adequately to pull them off.
