Everything arrived like it should, except, there was no "Love You" on the thin golden sheet. It had the heart envelope and everything else, but the golden sheet that goes inside was blank, no "Love You," not even a single word.

I love this, it is absolutely adorable. The quality is great and charm is perfect. The little love letter inside is so cute, I wish there was a way to reorder just the letter part bc it is so tiny and easily lost. I lost mine 2 weeks after I got the necklace and am trying to find a replacement. I would recommend buying this, my order came very quick and I love it! Just be careful not to lose the letter bc the replacement is at hard to find!

The letter in the envelope is loose, so when open the envelope the letter can be easily lost
