I purchased the EonfitOmni Power Cage (1200 LBS Multi-Functional Power Rack) as an affordable home gym solution, and while the machine itself is sturdy and functional, my experience with the seller has been frustrating. Here’s a breakdown of my journey with this product:Delivery & Initial ImpressionI received my power cage on December 19th, though it was delayed due to the seller mistakenly shipping it to another address. When I reached out, they offered a $30 CAD discount as compensation for the inconvenience. A small token, but at least they acknowledged the issue.Upon opening the package, I found an insert in the manual stating that I could email the company for a free attachment. I sent my request on January 6th, and they replied on January 9th, saying they would arrange it and notify me when it shipped.Assembly & QualityThe assembly process was mostly straightforward, but I encountered an issue with the hex bolts (M10*105mm) described in the manual. The ones provided were actually M10*95mm, making it impossible to assemble as instructed. I flagged this issue with EON Fitness on January 15th, and their response was baffling—they said the correct bolts should be M10*100mm, even though that still didn't match the manual provided with my unit. Instead of sending the proper bolts, they just brushed it off. I had to source the bolts myself to complete the setup.Once assembled, the power cage is solid and functional. Some assembly instructions were unclear—especially regarding the left and right arms—but I figured it out. The pulleys aren’t the smoothest, but given the affordable price, they do the job.Ongoing Issues with the Free AccessoryHere’s where things get really frustrating. I followed up on the free accessory on February 5th, as I had still not received it. The seller then claimed they had shipped it a month ago, but it had likely been lost by the warehouse—so they would send a replacement.By February 15th, still nothing. I reached out again, only to receive this odd response:"The accessories have been prepped, and we are still full of anticipation for your review to see if we did a good enough job. Please take a screenshot and let us know if you're done, we appreciate your support."At this point, it feels like they are holding my free accessory hostage in exchange for a positive review, which is incredibly unprofessional.Final Thoughts✅ Pros:✔️ Sturdy power cage for the price✔️ Adjustable cable crossover system adds versatility✔️ Good value for home gym users❌ Cons:❌ Poor customer service and misleading responses❌ Incorrect parts provided, and no willingness to replace them❌ Pulleys could be smoother❌ Free accessory seems to be a bait-and-switch tacticI still haven’t received the accessory as of February 17th, and I will update this review if I do. I'm very pleased with this rack! It's very sturdy and the quality is incredible for the price! It's a great product for any home gym. All the attachments you'll need for a solid workout are included!

If you are in the market for a Multi-Functional rack for your home gym set up - this is the one.I am blown away by the value in this unit. I am 6’0” 245lbs and I do not feel like this rack is small or cheap feeling when I use it. The cable action is smooth, the unit is solid, and it is well put together. The articulating pulley arms allow for full range cable flys, and can handle a lot of weight without feeling unstable.Eonfit has clearly made improvements to this unit based on the reviews and comments on the first version, notably: the holes are 1”, the attachments and accessories are better quality, and the instructions are much more clear.Installation is not difficult by any means, if you can do IKEA you can do this.Eonfit was also easy to deal with, I got an invalid tracking number upon shipment but they were able to clear that up and provide a valid one very quickly.Overall I’m very impressed with this unit, I’m very happy that bought it, and I do recommend it!

The rack has high quality, and is all in one for our needs. If we buy each & every items from different sellers, the final cost would be very high, while all details may not fit well together.The assembly is quite hard, requiring 2 persons. Anyway, we could email the support, and the seller responds very fast.If the seller could make a video on Youtube, it's awesome.

The Eonfit has everything that I need and more. It was easy to assemble and the customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend.

Tough to put together by yourself, but you can tell the quality. One thing to note and the only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the "short" cables, are pretty long and don't fit too snug in the pulleys until you put weight on the main pulls. Quality control should have caught they were likely an inch too long.UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service, they suggested some changes with adjusting the links on the chain. It's a bit uneven but it looks and feels so much better. No more complaints.

I mainly use it for squats and bench press but it has alot more uses that I'm starting to explore new work outs. The equipment is of good quality and it was a great investment for my health. I would recommend this unit to anyone.We can both agree now almost a month in of working out we are very satisfied with it! From last pull downs, cable kick backs, squats, bench press and leg press we are able to do just about every workout even at the same time.

The free motion adjustable arms make the machine more versatile than other more expensive machines on the market.After a couple months of use, I'm really happy with this rack.hey were quick to respond, helpful, and understanding. The EonfitOmni Power cage really surpassed all of my expectations. It was much easier to put together than some of the online reviews I have Read. My 13-year-old son and I assembled it in about an hour and a half. The nuts and bolts were well organized and easy to figure out. We only had two momentary setbacks. Only following the visual instructions, we failed to realize that when assembling the pulleys on one side of the cage we also needed to install the ones on the other side. Not a problem, as it was simple to add them on at any time before the cables. Also, according to the instructions, two bolts on the upper front pulley assembly, are part # 69 which are hex bolts M10* 120 and they appear to be longer than they need to be. This confused us but we tightened them up and left them in and all seems to work fine. Overall, the quality of the unit and its accessories are beyond comparison. I could not have imagined that for the price I would be able to purchase a complete home gym with all the necessary attachments, minus the bench and weights! It is very smooth and sturdy, even for a 230-pound man doing dips and pull-ups. I would recommend this EonfitOmni Power cage for anyone looking to make a long-term commitment to their home gym and health.

But when used as a cable attachment, the low end of the rep has just as much resistance as the top end!
