These collets work well, clipping into the ER11 nuts easily and holding the bits securely. They are also cheap enough to dedicate collets and nuts to bits for quicker bit changes.

Concentricity is laughably bad. I didn't even bother measuring it because I couldn't see the gauge pin visibly wobbling. Please improve quality control.
