This is myu 2nd unit. It just plugs into the charger controller and is solidly constructed. Using this lets yo0u more easily see what is displayed on the charge controller. I have 2 of these; one for each solar array and can see the charging status, batter status and output.

Epever and this seller (Shenzhenshi OU Mark) had responded instantly on an inquiry I had with my controller and also noticed an abnormally on the MT50 which needed clarification on after owning it for 30 days, after a few emails , they had asked me to contact this seller to please send me a replacement and to contact them thru Amazon with reference to Epever tech dept. I had sent a seller feedback because thats the only option I had thru Amazon, which the seller did not receive, I had let Epever know and they contacted the seller for me (both in China )and within 2 emails they are promptly sending me a new one at no inconvenience to me, All I can say between both parties involved I have received excellent service, very friendly as well. Highly recommend them. The issue I have is not interrupting the systems performance in any way.
